Outstanding appointment today with Doug. Doug is easy to communicate with very attentive to my personnel needs as he checked my ears for wax, placed the test hearing devices in my ears and then got up 2 or 3 times to make adjustments. I did not expect the amount of testing I would go through each stage of which was thoroughly explained and results charted and interpreted on the white board graph. It was obvious to me that I had to get hearings aids asap;
